L-tyrosine is used for the formation of T3 and T4 thyroid hormones and it plays an important role in the production of neurotransmitters (L-dopa, dopamine, norepinephrine, and epinephrine) that regulate emotions, support the stress response mechanisms and the ability to concentrate. The body makes l-tyrosine from another amino acid, known as phenylalanine.

Each vegetarian capsules supplies 500 mg of L-tyrosine USP.

Suggested Dosage: Take 1 or 4 capsules daily between meals or as directed by your healthcare practitioner.
