SUGGESTED USAGE:

Take 1 to 3 teaspoons daily. Use in salad dressings (Greek salad); hummus and pesto; on vegetables, pasta, rice and potatoes; combines well with tofu, garlic and onions.

Warnings–
Keep refrigerated. Can be frozen to extend shelf life. Should be consumed within 6 weeks of opening. Do not heat over 120 degrees F. Not for cooking or use in frying. Label has expiration date.

WARNINGS:

This liquid product is safe for up to 2 weeks with out refrigeration. Refrigerate immediately upon receipt of product.

For maximum absorption and beneficial utilization of Omega-3 in Flax Seed Oil, avoid using hydrogenated products (such as some margarines and shortening) and refined oils, both which contain harmful Trans Fatty Acids. Sediment deposits occur naturally in unrefined oils.
