ElegFem™ is especially helpful for pre-menopausal and menopausal conditions. The synergistic action of Saraca indica, Dioscorea villosa, Asparagus racemosus,  Terminalia arjuna, Cissus quadrangularis and Indian coral powder has been shown to alleviate symptoms associated with menopause. Coral powder is a rich source of calcium and magnesium. Cissus quadrangularis traditionally has been used to speed the healing process of bone fractures.

One (1) capsule three (3) times daily or as directed by your physician.
